On the 2nd October at 1pm BST, the winners of all award categories will be broadcast via a virtual ceremony.

The shortlists for the 2026 Global Branded Residence Awards (GBRA) have been revealed ahead of the virtual ceremony on 2nd October. More than 150 entries from across the world were submitted for the inaugural Global Branded Residence Awards. Entries have been judged independently by a panel of experts who work across the industry, representing branded residences, hospitality, real estate, investment, design, branding, development, and advisory services. Judges were looking for clear evidence of impact, innovation, quality, and measurable results.

Entries which best fulfilled the relevant category criteria, as scored by our judges, have now progressed to shortlists. The judging process involved a thorough evaluation of each entry, with judges assessing the submissions based on their ability to demonstrate clear evidence of impact, innovation, quality, and measurable results. This rigorous evaluation process ensures that only the most exceptional branded residences are recognized and rewarded. Three awards have been judged by a public vote. On the 2nd October at 1pm BST, the winners of all award categories will be broadcast via a virtual ceremony.

The shortlisted entries for the 2026 Global Branded Residence Awards include Best Interior Design nominees such as Karl Lagerfeld Residences Lisboa, Nujuma, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences, and The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort. These nominees showcase exceptional interior design, with a focus on luxury, comfort, and attention to detail. The Best Interior Design category is highly competitive, with each nominee demonstrating a unique and innovative approach to interior design.

For Best Architecture/Exterior Design, nominees include Aroeira Collections by Missoni, Karl Lagerfeld Villas, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok. The Best Sales and Marketing Campaign category includes Proud Real Estate – The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort and You Agency – Ritz-Carlton Residences Sarasota Bay. The sales and marketing campaigns recognized in this category demonstrate innovative and effective strategies for promoting branded residences, highlighting the importance of creative marketing in the industry.
