The location is outstanding, perfect for exploring the French Quarter, while the staff were all friendly and helpful. The large, comfortable room was surprisingly quiet given how close the hotel is to the center of nightlife in New Orleans. The bar was lovely, offering good live music in elegant surroundings.

The property was clean and well maintained. Free parking with well lit parking area. Staff was very nice and attentive, especially Wanda. Breakfast was a step above a continental breakfast. A couple of nice restaurants nearby especially New Orleans Burgers and Seafood.
